We may collect and process the following types of information when users access or use the Plutexx CRM platform.
- Client Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and contact details.
- Customer Data Processed by Clients: Customer names, phone numbers, emails, WhatsApp
messages, leads, appointments, and communication history.
2. How We Use the Information
- 1 Provide and operate CRM services.
- Manage leads, appointments, and customer communication.
- Deliver WhatsApp messages through WhatsApp Business API.
- Store conversation history for business use.
- Improve platform functionality and maintain security.
3. WhatsApp Data Processing
Our platform integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Business API. Message data is processed only for communication delivery and CRM functionality and is subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms and Data Policy.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may use authorized Business Solution Providers (BSPs), hosting providers, and infrastructure services to route WhatsApp API calls and operate our platform.
5. Data Retention
Conversation and CRM data may be retained for up to 12 months unless a longer retention period
is required for operational or legal reasons. Users may request deletion of their data.
6. Data Security
- AES-256 encryption for data stored at rest.
- TLS 1.3 encryption for data transmitted over the internet.
- Secure authentication, access control, and monitoring systems.
7. User Rights
- Request access to stored personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
