CRM Terms of Service
1. Acceptable Use
The platform may only be used for legitimate business communication and CRM management. Sending spam, unauthorized marketing messages, or engaging in illegal activities is prohibited.
2. WhatsApp Policy Compliance
Clients using WhatsApp messaging must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta Platform Terms, and applicable messaging regulations.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for obtaining customer consent before sending WhatsApp messages and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
4. Data Ownership
Clients retain ownership of their business data. Plutexx processes the data only to provide CRM services and messaging functionality.
5. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime, though interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party service issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate WhatsApp policies, Meta terms,
or these Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Plutexx shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or data misuse by third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
